Extended Color Vision Evaluation
This evaluation will determine the type of color deficiency (or ‘color blindness’) present and is required for specific professions like EMT, pilot, firefighter, military jobs, law enforcement, electrician, etc. A report of findings is provided once the testing is complete.
Computer Vision Assessment
Emerging research indicates prolonged computer, phone, and tablet use may be harmful for the eyes and overall health due to the emitting of short wavelengths from the device. These wavelengths can cause a plethora of symptoms including eyestrain, intermittent blur (vision goes in and out of clarity), tired eyes, headaches, and many others. A Computer Vision Assessment provides patients with a spectacle prescription and a treatment plan to optimize visual comfort while reducing the eyes’ absorption of short wavelengths during computer use.
